Seattle Location

Located in a suite of therapy offices at 3245 Fairview Ave. E., Suite 200, in the Eastlake area of Seattle, on Lake Union near the University Bridge.

Directions from I-5, either direction

Take the 45th St. Exit and head east on 45th towards the University of Washington. Turn right onto Roosevelt traveling south. Immediately after crossing the University Bridge, turn right onto Fuhrman. One block down the hill, the road sharply curves to the left. My office building is located at the curve in the road on the water. Free parking is available in front of the building or across from the Pocock Rowing Club.

Directions from westbound 520

Take the I-5 north/Roanoke St. exit and stay right and exit onto Roanoke St. Turn left at the light, going over I-5, through the next light to Eastlake Ave E. Turn right onto Eastlake Ave E. Just at the University Bridge, take a left at the light onto Fuhrman Ave. E. See rest of directions above.

Bellevue Location

Located at an office within Synergy Wellness Center, a complementary healthcare clinic dedicated to promoting health, wholeness and wellness through the use of holistic therapies including naturopathic medicine, acupuncture and therapeutic massage.

Synergy Wellness Center is located in the Bellewood Office Park at 2223 112th Avenue NE, Suite 201. It is close to downtown Bellevue and is easily reached from either Hwy 520 or I-405. [MAP]

Directions from Westbound 520

Take the 108TH AVE. NE exit and turn LEFT onto 108TH Ave. NE. This becomes 112TH Ave. NE and turn RIGHT onto NE 24th St. (about 1/2 mile up the hill). Turn LEFT into the first driveway and go forward about 50 yards and turn LEFT at the dumpsters, then an almost immediate RIGHT, and then park. The office is located in the first building on the right. Free parking is available in front of the building (called the Henderson building) or elsewhere in the parking lot.

Directions from Eastbound 520

Exit from 520 at Bellevue Way NE, merging onto southbound Bellevue Way. Turn LEFT onto NE 24th St. (there will be a traffic light). Continue straight through the stop sign for another 1/10th mile, then turn RIGHT into the driveway next to the yellow fire hydrant. If you go to the stop sign you have gone too far. Go forward into the parking lot about 50 yards and then turn left at the dumpsters, then an almost immediate right. The office is located in the first building on the right. Free parking is available in front of the building (called the Henderson building) or elsewhere in the parking lot.

Directions from Northbound 405

Take the westbound NE 8th St. exit (exit 13b) and keep RIGHT at the first fork in the ramp. Keep LEFT at the second fork in the ramp, taking the NE 8th St. west ramp. Merge onto NE 8th St. Turn RIGHT onto 112th Ave. NE and head north on 112th Ave. NE for approximately 3/4 mile and turn LEFT into the Bellewood Office Park just past the Hidden Valley ball park. Drive straight through the office park, curving to the right ( you will then see the Synergy Wellness Center sign). Come up the short hill and the office is located in the first building on your left, at the far end. Free parking is available in front of the building (called the Henderson building) or elsewhere in the parking lot.

Directions from Southbound 405

Take the 520 West exit, staying in the right lane and taking the first exit off of 520 for 108th Ave. NE. Turn LEFT onto 108th Ave. NE, which becomes 112th Ave. NE.
